Working Trials
Working Trials is a dog sport doing activities that police dogs are trained to do. This is the one discipline where the dog gets to work mainly on its own.
Companion Dog - here the handler and dog form a team and work together. This includes some competition obedience, some agility and some nose work.
Tracking - This involves the dog following a track and finding articles placed along the track. This discipline requires trust between handler and dog.
Working Trials is a wonderful discipline as most of it is spent in the open air and it’s a day out with friends and, of course, your dog.
